  Buyers be cautious. This realtor is not friendly or liked in the community. When you mention his name, the local folks give strong nonverbal communications to indicate he is not a good man. We were in market to buy a home. He did so poorly in his replies that we left insulted enough to call owners and tell them to switch brokers. He was the reason we did not buy their home.

  We've been having out taxes done here for years without any problems. The staff are always polite, courteous and efficient, the value is excellent. We'll be back!

• Review of "H&R Block" at Lincoln

  Don't waste your money. I have a job that sends me to multiple states and also have a side business. Between the two, taxes can be confusing and a bit overwhelming, so 3 years ago I decided to go to this business because of H&R block's guarantees. My initial thought was that the people who worked here were just as confused and overwhelmed as I was. However, after a couple appointments, we got all the numbers in and filed my return. The cost was almost $800 which seemed steep and I didn't feel very confident about how everything went, but I figured it was worth it because of the guarantees, and went back the following year with my W2 only. Without the business portion, this appointment was fast and easy but still ate up almost $800, and left me owing $1000. This year I called to make an appointment and was VERY clear that I would need a 2 to 3 hr slot because I had a side business again. They had done it once so I figured they could do it again. They even booked me with the same person so that they would know what to expect. I left work early the day of my appointment missing out on 6 hours of overtime. I showed up for my 3pm appointment and was asked to take a seat. Finally at 3:35 my tax care "proffessional" told me to come in. by the time I was seated and we started crunching numbers it was 3:40. We worked on my W2s until about 4:25. She was very impatient through the whole process. Once we got to my business I was asked a question that I needed to get into my email to answer. Maybe 30 seconds went by and she very rudely said "I don't have time for this! You need to get your paperwork together and come back!" I was a bit confused and said "Its only been 45 minutes". She insisted that I had been there for a full hour and refused to spend anymore time with me. When I brought up the fact that I was VERY clear about needing a 2 to 3 hr slot, all she had to say was, "well I didn't make the appointment". Needless to say I walked out out of there furious. I have since used turbo tax which walks you through every single step keeping you very informed along the way, and if you do have a question, you can talk to a specialist face to face AS MANY TIMES AS NEEDED. They also had all the same guarantees as H&R Block, and were only a third of the price! Bottom line, if you have any complexity to your taxes at all, don't go to H&R Block. They are WAY overpriced, unprofessional, and not very knowledgeable.

  No one here returns calls. I've left a message at this credit union once a week for over a month now and no one has returned my calls and my account is still being charged ridiculous fees. If I lived in town still I'd walk in but since I live out of state I rely on their professionalism to respond too their clients. Unfortunately no one is responsible or professional enough to answer a question or show proper documentation of their ludicrous "policies". Instead of calling me back when this review was posted. They post the response below telling me to call their offices and that they don't have policies for their ridiculous fees. So what they can charge their customers whenever they want for whatever they feel like? This credit union definitely has my phone number, but instead of calling me, they post a comment making it look like they take care of their issues. LMFCU you have been in business for 50 years because you are in a market with minimal to no direct competition. Nice try though.
